Black Friday is still a few months away, but we’re already counting down the days. Quickly overtaking Boxing Day, it’s easily the best day of the year to get a bargain. At a recent event in Sydney, Google said it’s travel deals that online bargain hunters are searching for more and more.

We’ve been searching for the best of the best for almost a decade now, and can safely say that Black Friday travel deals can save you hundreds — even thousands — on your next holiday. All your favourite Australian companies and big international names in travel like Jetstar, Qantas, Wotif and Emirates are known to get involved.

While it’s too early to tell what the 2024 Black Friday travel deals will be, last year’s offers may just give you a taste of what’s to come.

There sure are! Most people think of the huge crowds at shopping centres, but online is where all the Black Friday deals are. From fashion to flights, tech to trains, accessories to accommodation, you can buy (and book) just about anything at a discount on Friday, 29 November.

And this year we’re expecting even more.

Friday, 29 November. But, some of them do launch a few days early. And we’ll be keeping an eye on things and sharing all the early launches we find right here.

They’ll usually run right through the weekend to Cyber Monday on 27 November.
